5My hair was getting thinner and my nails were quite weak but after taking these tablets just once a day for the last 2 weeks, I've seen a big improvement. My hair feels and looks thicker and my nails are so strong. Other people have noticed this too and have recommended the same to them. Will definitely be purchasing again once I've finished these.

Rip off
1Bought the 90 capsule pack and it was less than half full, maybe like 30 caps or so. Avoid and shop somewhere else

1You literally get about 30 pills, the bottle isn’t even half full! They’re powdery and not worth the money.Goes Well With:I did with fruit

5Taken them in the morning andnthey give you a defiinate buzz for the day. When indont take them i dont feel so energised. Help to fight against immune sysyem love them. I always belive rhe combo bitamin c and zinc gets me buzzing for the dayGoes Well With:Water protein shake
