Migraines
5I normally use the My Vitamins Magnesium on their own, however, they have been out of stock for some time. These are a fantastic alternative and I take one before bed to help reducing migraine symptoms. I have only been taking these around 1 week, however, they seem to be doing the job. I have also found that taking before bed helps me get a better sleep. Goes Well With:Water

5I have been taking these pills for a couple of months and they work amazingly. I usually take them before bed and the difference is sleep is crazy, it helps me sleep better and i fall into much deeper sleeps, would recommend!Goes Well With:Goes Well With -Water

Know your magnesium
3Know your magnesium before buying the first one that you see. I took these for nearly two months and ended up with chronic stomach pains. I put this down to too much whey protein, but then someone mentioned that there are a number of different magnesium’s and they all do different things. After a few days of research through numerous sources I found out that This particular one - magnesium citrate works as a laxative which explains the chronic stomach pains. Within two days of stopping these I was back to normal with the pain and bloating gone. Not everyone may react the way I did, but the takeaway here is find out what magnesium you need first. This is something I would have hoped that MP would have labelled, but you live and learn.
