Total protein
5Total Protein strawberry and cream is the best tasting protein I've tried. Although it has a gritty texture, it mixes up brilliantly and does not feel like a chore to drink. I personally think it tastes best with milk. After just 4 weeks of using it, I feel stronger and my muscles seem to recover pretty well after a hard work out. I'll be ordering some more of this, definitely.

5I read other review regarding taste and mixability. I chose the unflavoured option and have to say that the tate is ok - neutral and is totally drinakable. Also, it mixes very well, no bits or lumps. Overall great!

1This Total Protein is very sandy and makes it hard to swallow. It takes a few gulps to get one mouth full down. I bought the strawberry flavour and it's very sweet. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

5Total Protein is great for both making gains and recovery, just don't forget to click which flavour you want or (as I've just done) you'll end up with a big tasteless bag for the next few months!Goes Well With:MP's Creatine Monohydrate or just about anything

Does what it says!
5Firstly, I'm confused as to why everyone seems to comment on the flavour of Total Protein. You do want a supplement that is nice enough to drink, but that shouldn't be the primary factor when buying supplements. The product itself does exactly what it says and provides a mixed blend of protein, ideal for in-between meals or after a workout, whether cutting or bulking. You will see gains from this product, but only if your diet is perfect as well. A protein shake wont make up for processed/unhealthy foods or a lack of protein from other sources. This is another great and cheap product from Myprotein, with delivery being fast as always.

4Unflavoured doesn't taste great. It is worth getting one with a flavour. Mixes fairly well. Aids recovery well from strenuous workouts. Doesn't leave you feeling bloated after.

Don't like it
2Unfortunately this Total Protein has a very sandy consistency and the taste doesn't suit me (I have vanilla flavour). Also, I feel sick after ingesting it. I can't recommend this one... I don't know about the other proteins here though.Goes Well With:Nothing
