3Total Protein has a very sandy consistency and the taste doesn't suit me, feels like sand going down the back of my throat! will stick to other products. Goes Well With:water

2I was not keen on the texture of the Total Protein and it left a real tickle whilst drinking the shake. I think that maybe due to the flax seed but I will definitely be sticking to impact whey!

I've seen and felt the difference
5The first thing about Total Protein is that it's exactly what it says on the label. It's got flavouring which I enjoy, but I don't buy protein products for the taste, I buy them for effectiveness, and this has been the best protein powder I've ever had. The results in muscle and performance in the gym have been awesome, and I'm well ahead of the targets I set myself to get to for this summer. This cost more than the others but it's well worth it. In total honesty, it isn't as nice tasting as the others but that's because it doesn't have all the other additives in because its total protein!Goes Well With:water and milk, I find water is better because it doesn't bloat you as much as milk.

5I've been using this Total Protein for a couple of years now after switching from impact whey and it's a good all in one protein with some added glutamine peptides thrown in. I have 1 scoop in the morning with breakfast,2 scoops with oats and glutamine after training and mix 1 scoop in with my egg whites as a dessert before bed. I've made good gains and this is a good meal replacement when you get hungry between meals. I would like myprotein to add another couple of flavours as there isn't many to choose from so you end up getting the same every time. Overall, another good product from MP that does the job and is good value for money especially when used with an offer or your MP points. I will continue to use.

Tastes great
4Good taste, a little sweet but mixes really well. A lot of protein in the suggested servings. I've only been using it for a week so cant comment on effectiveness yet. Goes Well With:Water

unsatisfactory product and delivery
2I purchased total protein vanilla flavour for my last batch but the product goes to frothy and millions of little black bits are left at the bottom even after shaking for numerous minutes.

5For some time I struggled to find a protein powder that I felt comfortable consuming on a regular basis. Chalkiness, grittiness, too much sugar, suspect filler ingredients, poor taste, digestive issues (bloating and gas), and lack of results were commonplace among the couple dozen protein supplements I tried. After a recommendation from a friend I gave Total protein powder a whirl. Like any food or drink, if it doesnt taste good it wont be around for long. With great flavours to choose from: natural, chocolate and vanilla, along with a silky smoothie texture, Total Protein blends well into any smoothie or liquid. Say goodbye to the grainy, chalky texture characteristic of other protein supplements.Goes Well With:Chocolate milk
