4I have only been using Thermopure for a week. It is very effective and I can feel my body utilising the fats that are mobilised. I take two when I wake up on an empty stomach and one when I go to sleep. There are no side effects to this product and they do make you sweat when you work out. I would recommend this product and would also recommend using it alongside either CLAs or BCAA+. My goal is to slim down to competition physique level.Goes Well With:CLAs and BCAAs.

Effective
5I have taken the caffeine supplement perviously, but I believe this is more effective. I only take one per day, as too much caffeine prevents sleep. I do believe this has an appetite suppression action, which prevents the use of an added 'fat burner.'The caffeine is enough to keep the brain alert all day. I am not an avid 'body builder' so I am not qualified to comment upon its action combined with training (hence the 4 stars in effectiveness). Recommended.

4I've been using Thermopure fairly regularly for a couple of months to remove the last bit of fat around the bottom of my abs, and there has been some noticeable difference so far. To achieve any significant fat loss you need to be doing a lot of cardio as well, and I've increased the amount of cardio I do to achieve that. In terms of side effects, you do sweat a lot more during the workout if you've just taken three pills but that's not a major issue. As for taste; they aren't nice as such but you're supposed to be swallowing them not licking them, so really their flavour shouldn't come into it. All in all, a good product when combined with a bit more cardio than you normally do.

5Thermopure - great product! After my first week lost 1kg. Speaks for itself. Doesn't have a weird aftertaste like some other similar products on the market. Haven't seen any side affects that others have mentioned. All round great product. Would recommend alongside CLA and a healthy balanced diet.

4Got a tub of 90 caps 2 days ago and used them yesterday and today. Took 3 before a workout and it really helps you push harder. I can't say anything about the results but it certainly does give you a hell alot of energy and you sweat much much more during a workout. Very good for the price and will be buying another tub when these run out. Dont effect my sleeping pattern, took 3 at around half 5 and fell asleep at about half 10, so it does not effect your sleep.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein

3I have not tried the Thermopure yet and it is a shame it's not vegetarian as I will have to open the capsules.

Awesome stuff
5Thermopure really does help! It raises my temperature by what seems like a degree... and makes me push harder in the gym. I seem to be pushing weights where I needed assistance, without any assistance at all! It also makes me sweat more which is great as it is allowing me to shred the excess fat. after about 2 weeks of taking these I can see a huge difference in my arms - they looked more shaped and fuller (obviously I am eating very well but it seems to have helped). I've also shredded a lot of the bulk off my chest to make it more defined.

4I've been taking Thermopure for about a month now, following the directions and taking 3 before a workout. I definitely had more energy for the workouts. Overall I noticed a slight difference in terms of lean muscle and a loss of fat. Although this was combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, I think the Thermopure gave me a little bit of an edge. This is worth a shot for the price anyway. Goes Well With:CLA
