"good for giving you that pre-workout boost, use it before i do my cardio, you can definitely feel it working, sweat alot more than i usually do.\n\nNo jitters or comedown either, defo a good addition to anyone looking for that extra kick up the but \n\nFor people saying it doesnt burn fat etc, you actually need to put some effort in, join the forum. get some advice on your diet and training regime"Report this review
"Not only does it help you loose fat, which i've proven by losing about 3 stone of it but helps you maintain lean tissue. Gives you a buzz and a kick and no side effects registered. The effort has to come in the gym though, and diet must be good for it to work."Report this review
"Thermopure gives you a great boost for your workout and you can feel it working within about 5 minutes of taking. Great for added energy and focus and will help you sweat more.. \n\nAs my title says though, be careful not to burp. I took yesterday and didnt drink enough water and then when I burped my whole throat burned .. Not good!! In other words drink with lots of water.\n\nI havent been taking for very long so cannot tell you the fat burning benefits but I will review again at a later stage! Thanks MP"Report this review
"Took delivery yesterday, and had a couple 30 mins before my AM HIIT session...felt really energised and able to put in 110% effort. So 5 stars for the energy boost. Obviously too early to tell if they any good for fat-loss, but in my experience 'fat-burners' make little difference to fat loss by themselves - these are great with Cardio though."Report this review
Im sorry but thats just stupid. Mor si less if your looking to loose fat a tone up not hours and hours of cardio in one session yo will just burn valuable tissue as well as fat. ort and intense on the cardio and shorter rest period when liffting will do itReport this review
