Probably better with some green tea and pro-plus
395% green tea extract, and the increased energy levels are going to be from the caffeine, I estimate there is about 100-150mg of caffeine. So I say just take 2 pro-plus and drink 8 cups of green tea a day!Goes Well With:NA

3Thermopure gives increased sweating during workouts and a higher heart rate - this is from weights, as there's no cardio at the moment in my training.

4Thermopure seems to be having the desired effect, although I am being very strict with my diet, and doing 5 weights sessions a week, followed by 15-20 minute sprint intervals. Having taken grenades before, I don't think these are as potent, but there doesn't seem to be any side effects at all with these.

2These Thermopure are very easy to swallow. I've lost a great amount of weight equally across the body. The only side effect of these is that you sweat... a lot. It's great value, works well and has no real taste.Goes Well With:Water

thermopure does what it says on the tin
4I take Thermopure with a cup of coffee in the morning before long fat-burning runs on an empty tank. It does the trick and the effects seem to be additive to those of caffeine; does also seem to suppress appetite. I would not recommend taking it in the evening as it seems to interfere with sleep (at least in my case).

Great Product
5When I started training at 16 I was hovering about using Maximuscle's thermobol tablets I originally thought that they would give me the training results that I needed amongst two cardio training days and three weight training days; however their prices became too expensive and my friend recommended that I try My Protein impact whey powder and the thermopure tablets that were also available. This making this change I feel that I have seen a much improved results over the past couple of years! I had a period where I was out of training with a long term injury and hence put on weight but when that cleared up these products have helped me go from 94kg down to 87.3kg in only a few months! I would seriously recommend this great product to you because its cheap and you get a decent amount of capsules for the price you pay which in the long run means that alongside a good training regime you will get closer and closer to your target each week without fail! It is important that you keep your diet as balanced as possible because this product will not work how you want it too if you supplement it for a healthy diet.

5This product was/is unreal it has not only help me to beat my goal it has helped me tone up a-lot more than i imaged. I have lost my target goal within two weeks rather than the six weeks i had planed for. I was taking 3 tablets 2 times a day 3 during my breakfast and small lunch, and 3 (20-30) before a cardio workout. worked a treat.. couple of abs workouts and believe me your will notice a difference before you get half way through your tub :) Hope it works for others too, like it did for me. just remember (Like all products you need to train hard, eat well and rest) Goes Well With:CLA

4Been taking these Thermopure with CLA as well as doing extra cardio and eating less meals, I've lost 2kg in less then a week. I don't feel anymore focused in the gym, but once they kick in they do help you to lose weight. Be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat though.

4Thermopure really gives me an energy boost before the gym (3 tabs) and makes me keep going and going, as for weight control I would say it's pretty decent. It helps me stay lean whilst gaining mass (eating clean required!). I would recommend this if you need a good energy boost pre workout.
