Improves workout
4Definitely feel the affects and improvement of my workouts after taking this pre workout. Mixes well with water, not the best taste but you get use to it Goes Well With:Water

1Taste really isn’t good. If you still want to shop at MyProtein after buying this, then just get the Alpha pre next time

Ineffective
2One of the worst 200mg of caffeine preworkouts I've ever used. I actually thought it much have been a bad batch so tried another, but it was the same. Now I'm stuck with 2 tubs of useless stuff. Better off with anything else.

drink made me hospitalised
1Be careful buying this!! Gave me severe chest pains& heart palpitations for over a week after taking it ONCE. Doctor said it is extremely acidic & no one should be drinking it. Gave me severe heart burn.

Great product
5Good caffine hit, especially training early morning. Other brands of pre work out tried, this one doesn't give me any stomach issues, mixes well with no lumpy bits

A preworkout to add to your shopping
4I ordered this pre-workout as my other orange pre-workout from Myprotein had run out and wanted to try something new. This pre-workout is really good. It mixes amazingly with water doesn’t taste very fizzy just like squash compared to my other workout which tasted like Lucazade. ( neither are bad) Definitely a good investment Goes Well With:Water

Tastes horrible
2I use to love the flavour orange mango passionfruit, but since they’ve changed it the taste is awful. It has a very chemically taste to it and it used to mix really well, but not anymore. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

Horrible - Bad batch maybe
1I ordered the blue raspberry and its brown in colour, doesnt mix well, lumpy and just doesnt seem right, smells off. Wondering if this is a bad batch? It is totally undrinkable.

Clumpy and hard to disolve
1I dont no why its this flavour as the others are fine but its clumpy, hard to disolve, has no kick like others, just seems to always be a bad batch i get or just damp going into container. Disappointed
