Good but not great
3Had a good kick the first couple times I used it but not so much anymore, flavour is fine just quite a sour cola.

Pre workout
3The consistency is awful I thought it had gone off ! Bad taste the old one was much better taste, better all round very disappointed 😔 the trouble there are not many good alternatives

Useless
1Used to use the old pre workout from my protein abs it give you a good buzz. The new formula one is rubbish. It taste horrible and doesn’t do anything for you. Not worth the buy. Very disappointed :(

New Formula 👎
3I used to get the pre workout all the time, was my go to. The powder does mix better then the older formula, the taste is more sweeter than the old version but it also has a weird after taste. I don’t think I’ll be buying this flavour again.

New Taste👎🏻
4I have used The Preworkout for the past year, only ever had the Cola flavour and was very happy with it. The formula has changed now and it tastes completely different. Not a big fan of the new taste (don’t know why you would change something that wasn’t broken in the first place) and the caffeine content and beta alanine have increased. Still my favourite Pre workout, even though I’ve got to throw it done my throat now as it tasted MUCH better before!!!

5I think I actually found the best pre workout I’ve ordered Grape flavor , it’s really good Definitely recommend
