"A great protein powder, I blend mine with water, a banana and / or strawberries to make a great shake. I find mixing with soya milk just too heavy - going in one hit.\n\nA protein powder I would highly recomend !!\n\n"

"Mixes very well if you use a protein shaker. As to the taste, it's somewhat plain but I cannot for the life of me understand why any of you are mixing it with water. Use soya milk for goodness sake! If you want more flavour simply add chocolate flavoured soya milk to the standard soya milk. Tastes as good as any commercially produced shakes. Excellent product overall."

"top quality powder for those of us with dairy issues (IBS, etc)\n\nif you go to holland and barret its £10 for approx 910grams of SPI soy powder!!!"

"After my first gulp, it made me cringe and shudder, wondering just what have I bought and what am I to do with the rest of the stuff. The chalky texture was a bit grim too.\n\n2 sweeteners and a heaped teaspoonful of sugar later, together with some ice, it's not so bad anymore. I need some serious flavouring to make this work though. Shouldn't have been so cocky and thought I could get away without flavourings!!"

"First time taking soy protein as to put it bluntly, whey does my guts in!\nOn taste, my first impression wasnt great, but for some mad reason, I cant get enough of the stuff now, the taste grew on me over the first 3 days!\n\ngood taste, no gut ache, magic price, great customer service, what else do I want!!!"

"I just tried this for the first time with some Palatinose, and I have to say I was surprised at how nice it was. Really reminded me of Swedish Glace (dairy-free ice cream). I am lactose intolerant, so this is ideal. Was slightly thick and gloopy, but no biggy!"

"tastes good with banana etc, can be a bit think and hard to get down,too soon to tell of any amazing results. but was curious if its made from GM crops??!"

I have had soy protein in the past and had got supro written on It tasted very good. If this soy is the same made by supro I highly recommend.\r\n\r\n
