4i use these tablets on my night shifts, and they work well, however they take about 90 minutes to kick in in my case

Easy pick-me-up
5I think these are great. Loads of servings for your money and great for a pre workout kick if you don't have a shaker to hand for mixing it need all the added extra ingredients

Perfect for sports
5These are great I take one of these before a rugby match and I stay energised without feeling to tired so I can perform to a better ability also Great for the gym but in my personal experience they are better for fast paced activity to make the heart workGoes Well With:Water

Easy to access "energy"
5Usually use these pills when i'm feeling slow, tired at work so these are very useful and easy to take when you need a little extra push.Goes Well With:water or any liquid

Don't work
1I have been using these for the 4 gym sessions, unfortunately as with some of the other reviews they do absolutely nothing to me. I have used a pre workout shake before that really gave me energy and a great work out, and I hoped these tablets would have done the same. Disappointed with these, but a cheap mistake at least. Would not recommend.

Simple and effektive
5As the title says its caffeine. scientifically proven that it boozes performance and it does. It’s single handedly the most effective supplement for a workout.

No good
1Says on the bottle to not take any more than 2 in a 24hr period, I thought crikey, these must be good! I’m up at 0345 for work and find it useful to have a caffeine blast first thing, so I was very excited at the thought of these. Finally, something more decent than the expensive ProPlus to help me in the morning. I took 1 first thing before leaving for work and I still fell asleep on the bus! I wasn’t too chuffed about that, so I thought I’d take one first thing on rising and having it with breakfast, give it time to ‘kick in’. Nope, that wasn’t successful either. Anyway, long story short, I can take 3 of these first thing in the morning, then another 3 when I get to work and I’m STILL not wide awake! Might it be something medical I hear you say. Been Drs, blood tests etc, all good. Why aren’t these working for me? V disappointed

5More energy for all day. For me a good remedy to give up drinking coffee.
