5I got these tablets as they were cheap and I was intrigued. Surprisingly they have made a massive difference and I have way more energy for my workouts Goes Well With:Take it with some water like a normal tablet that is what I do

Alternative Coffee Buzzzz
5Hi All, I have been taking this stuff as a coffee alternative as part of my pre gym routine and it gives me that extra kick to get the most out of my session. I would recommend for people who hate coffee as an alternative to Caffeine energy drinks.Goes Well With:Pre workout shakes

4This is a great product as its quick and easy and gives a good buzz at the gym, I only use it for a couple sessions a week so I don't build a tolerance. Value for money is excellent, you get an abundance of tablets for a very little cost Would reccomend fully Goes Well With:Creatine powder Any pre-workout meal and drink

4i use these tablets on my night shifts, and they work well, however they take about 90 minutes to kick in in my case

Easy pick-me-up
5I think these are great. Loads of servings for your money and great for a pre workout kick if you don't have a shaker to hand for mixing it need all the added extra ingredients

5These are great I take one of these before a rugby match and I stay energised without feeling to tired so I can perform to a better ability also Great for the gym but in my personal experience they are better for fast paced activity to make the heart workGoes Well With:Water
