4These taste really nice and are good value for money but don’t really give the same buzz as preworkout. I found myself still needed a shot along with 2 gummies before a session.Goes Well With:Pre workout

3Took a few before workout today and didn’t feel much due to very low caffine content best used in addition to pre-workout or an energy drink. Goes Well With:Pre-workout Energy drink

5These are great tasting. Although I dont feel a full boost with just one gummy, I took two before my next workout and it definately gave me a boost of some sort. They taste great. Goes Well With:Workout

5Nice flavour, tastes like I'm just eating sweets. Gives a bit of energy, not enough to experience the pre-workout tingles. More of a pick me up. Have re-purchased.
