Great Product
5Bought this Super Omega 3 after it was recommended to me by a friend. I have found it to be better than Omega 3 tablets you can get in any store. I would recommend these to anybody.Goes Well With:Alpha men

5I take fish oils everyday and could never get one that had more than 100 in a bottle. Spent a lot of money blasting through smaller bottles. I saw this when buying protein, large bottle, easy to swallow capsules, good dosage per capsule and no dodgy aftertaste. I am very happy with this product. I also take green tea capsules and CLAs. Super Omega is a great addition to my supplement range that I take everyday.

4Only been taking Super Omega 3 for a week or so now (when I remember to). Originally I got them as I suffer badly from aching joints, especially knees. Must admit I haven't noticed any problems since I've been taking these, so seems like they might be doing the job! Sugary taste to them and go down easy with water, can't ask for anymore.

4These Super Omega 3 are the highest purity Omega 3 capsules I could find in the UK. If you are not aware the root cause of all major disease is inflammation and in order to fight and control inflammation in the body you need to feed your body with the right nutrients to create good "eicosanoids". The way to do this is to consume high levels of Omega 3 which are anti-inflammatory (creating good eicosanoids) and low levels of trans fatty acids (from processed foods) and sugary carbohydrates. High levels of sugary carbohydrates cause excess insulin in the body which is the root cause of inflammation. The only time your body can benefit from sugary carbohyrates is after exercise. Goes Well With:water or milk

5There's plenty of research to support the benefits of Omega 3 supplementation. These Super Omega 3 tablets contain decent levels of the oils and have a pretty thick shell to avoid fishy burps! All in all, I'm very pleased.
