5Cheapest Omega 3 I can find on the market with 58% EPA and 10% DHA. I find Omega 3 to be essential in my training lifestyle due to the amount I actually do, with Boxing and weight training. This certainly helps with muscle recovery and fatigue so I highly recommend these capsules. Also only having to take one tablet per serving appeals to me and they are pretty much tastless.Goes Well With:BCAA+

Big capsules
4Super Omega 3 are big capsules but not that hard to swallow, it's too early to see if they are having any effect but you can't taste them and that's a good thing.Goes Well With:Any other capsule/tablet as long as you're not swallowing them together

3Super Omega 3 is a decent supplement to assist cognitive function if you don't or won't get a lot of fish in your diet. Personally, 1 or 2 tins of mackerel fillets will do a better job. It's a cheaper alternative with these supplements.Goes Well With:Water

5Never have got enough fish into my diet and this supplement does it remarkably, been using for over a week now and even though it may seem strange I can already feel the benefits. Less aches (particularly in my elbows) and also no nasty burp after taste. Would 100% recommend. Goes Well With:Alpha men vitamins
