This Super Omega 3 is as expected, it's an excellent quality source of Omega 3. There's no taste unless you are foolish enough to chew, it goes down easily with a drink. Whether or not it is effective is really something that can't be measured in the short term, but the benefits of Omega 3 are well documented and these gels contain plenty.

As the review title suggests, these super omega 3s are a good price and excellent level of quality. They form the basis of my daily vitamin intake and have done for the past year. Recommended. Goes Well With: Any My Protein product.

Good stuff, just whacked down three with a shake and first burp was completely fish free. First time I've been able to stomach fish oil capsules.

"I hate all fish oil - it has always made me burp fish smell and get reflux, something I suffered from so badly it needed medication (only eventually under control by eliminating certain things from diet). UNTIL NOW - this fish oil is the only one I have ever used that gives me at most one fish burp and no more problem of any kind. AND I can feel them working. You prob. think that last part is my imagination but it is not, I really feel better whenever I have one of these - and no reflux. Very good price for the very good quality. Note that I have used other Myprotein fish oils before and they were not good (ended up in the bin) and that is because I am extra sensitive to it, not because of the low quality. If you are not aware the root cause of all major disease is inflammation and in order to fight and control inflammation in the body you need to feed your body with the right nutrients to create good "eicosanoids". The way to do this is to consume high levels of Omega 3 which are anti-inflammatory (creating good eicosanoids) and low levels of trans fatty acids (from processed foods) and sugary carbohydrates. High levels of sugary carbohydrates cause excess insulin in the body which is the root cause of inflammation. The only time your body can benefit from sugary carbohyrates is after excercise.
