5Great way to increase carb intake along side a whey protein after workouts. Easy to mix & easy to drink. The oats provide much healthier carbs compared to the high GI carbs coming from sugars found in other protein shakes.

5Bought this for ease of use and time saving and was on offer, as ive had the instant oats and whey protein mixed together numerous times, tastes nice and working in a busy place i dont always get time to eat 'proper' food. keeps you full for a few hours and tastes lovely! especially with SS milk.

5Very good tasting protein powder. The oats help to make this a great snack also. It mixes very well in a shaker and easy to drink.

2Not a bad product overall have to say am just used to reflex natural whey which think is a much better product this tastes very chemically and the saturated fat per serving is ridiculous. Can't say have noticed any difference but only just started. Goes Well With:Water

quality product
5I love this product, really low sugar content so doesn't taste over sweet, even the unflavoured tastes absolutely fine. Mixes pretty well if you shake it enough. Good ratio of carbs and protein so perfect for what i require it for. As for progress, i have only been using it for about 3 weeks so fingers crossed for success. IanGoes Well With:creatine monohydrate grape

4Mixabillity is perfect but it is a little thicker than pure whey cause of the oats included. The strawberry is a goid choice and i have allready purchase the vanilla flavour and i can't wait to try it. It is perfect if you are away from home for hours and need protein and energy from slow release carbs. All i need in one product. And it's good choice for pre workout for having energy and aminos in your blood while you workout hard. Goes Well With:Water

Total Oats and Whey
5I needed a protein recovery drink that packed in more protein than my usual SIS recovery drink. This Oats and Whey does just that. I can achieve a good 80grams of protein without taking on too many calorific carbs and so far I feel less fatigued and ready to go into another hard training session the next day.

Not Bad
4I have tried this, as I normally have oats and whey for breakfast and this was easier than mixing it myself. I have two criticisms: 1) it's a little overpriced compared to buying separate powders and 2) the unflavoured version only comes in 2.5kg. I also wish that MP would pack these in Ziploc pouches, as the current seals always come unglued from one side. Goes Well With:Milk and maple syrup

Total oats and whey
4Bought strawberry flavour. Very pleasant taste and quite creamy. I have previously bought this type of product from other companies and internet sales sites over the years, which were mostly average at best, and on occasion passed through me like a slippery rocket. This product is head and shoulders above them, giving a good mix of protein and carbs, and stays in my system like it should. Goes Well With:Milk or water.
