Unflavoured does not taste so good so I wouldn't advise buying the unflavoured one although it seems to work well and I noticed the difference when training fairly quickly.

Nice product make a good complete breakfast on the go, taste OK slightly oatie strawberry flavour... not gritty like some reviews. I will order again when this runs out. seams to keep the snack attacks at bay too

Only been taking the Myprotein Total Oats and Whey for two weeks, but I've already noticed a difference to working out with it than when I haven't taken it. I have a shake before going to the gym and I don't feel hungry or light headed as I do if I have food. Quick and easy to take with great carb and protein value. Tastes good and has reduced my DOMs significantly.

I ordered the choc smooth flavour of Myprotein Total Oats and Whey. It tastes great especially with milk, is great value for money and hopefully gives you good results.

Great value

The summer fruits flavour tastes nice, and goes down easy following an intense workout. I'm hoping to see results really soon with the 27g of protein per serving. Myprotein Total Oats and Whey would most suit people who usually struggle to gain muscle weight, or ache a lot after heavy training. A very good product.
