Amazing.
5Was recommended Alpha Men by a friend and I can see why, days after having it I noticed the difference in myself. Have a lot more energy through the day and this helps as before often I was going to the gym tired, I am also a lot more productive away from the gym now... Tastes horrible so don't leave it in your mouth too long, but at the end of the day it's a pill so can't be knocked for how it tastes, it works great. Goes Well With:A good diet, active lifestyle.

3Ive been taking this for two months now and feel the same as before, I do think they however do support an active lifestyle just don't expect a miracle pill for all problems.Goes Well With:breakfast

5Made me feel more powerful but it could just be in my head. I'm generally not a healthy person and generally don't feel good but these feel to help. Goes Well With:Nutri greens tables. Not the powder.

Good outcome, taste not so great
4Been asking these for a week... They taste like dog biscuits so I try to keep them in my mouth for a minimal time, just throw it in and wash down! Seem to be doing me good, my poos are now fairly solid too! And I don't feel as tiredGoes Well With:Protein shake and water

Little difference
4Been taking for about 2 weeks and I do feel a little more energised but I have noticed when I take them my urine turns fluresant yellow for about 2 hours, I think that may be because my body doesn't need all the vitamins and minerals in them so they're just disposed of in my urine, I will carry on taking till they're gone but I don't think I'll buy again unless I get a bigger difference in the coming weeksGoes Well With:Water

Great vitamin sup
4I have been searching for a long time for a vitamin supplement like this. Most others that can offer this level of quality include iron. I specifically want one without iron as the diet of someone who lifts weight to gain size is already overly rich in iron, and too much can be very bad for the heart. Definitely no need to go adding iron to a supplement like this. Goes Well With:a glass of water

4Multi vitamins are recommend because of them containing all the goodness your body needs, decided to buy alpha man because they are basically what they say on the tin. Everything's fine with them, feel abit better after 2 weeks of taking them however they smell like dog biscuits which isn't the nicest smell..

5No need to take anything else as these contain everything you need, was looking for ZMA when i first came across these, but no need to buy separate ZMA or Multi Vits as its all in one.
