2Recommended dose is two tablets in the morning and two at night which I thought was a bit much. I decided to go with half of that to start off and the only thing I have noticed is that my pee is bright green.Goes Well With:Lots of water. They are quite big tablets so lots of water to chug them down

Pills are for swallowing not tasting
5For people complaining about the taste of these- shut up. They're for swallowing, who cares about the taste, they're not going to taste nice. Definitely do what they say on the tub, worth investing it but don't forget to have your fruit and veg as well Goes Well With:Hard training

5I live by this product now. Two in the morning, two at night, sorted. Easy to swallow, relatively small pill. Quite expensive with no promo codes or deductions so wait until there is a decent offer on. Will always be buying theseGoes Well With:Water

Simple...easy to remember
5Having not really been a fan of multivitamin like supplements over the years (taste and price etc...) I wasn't excited about receiving these tablets for free with a recent order but reviews tempted me to give them a go and I have to admit; 2 in the morning and 2 at night; I feel great. Actually lost some body fat since starting these tablets; whether their doing or just results of training im not complaining. They do contain quite high concentrations and as such do turn your urine a funny colour however I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about. No changes in energy just an all round more positive feeling. Will be purchasing these again and would recommend you to give them a go. The tablets smell a bit odd too but just knock them back and there's no taste.Goes Well With:Water and food
