4this definitely works. within two weeks people were commenting how i had put on weight and was looking a lot bigger Unfortunately one of the side effects i experienced was massive water retention in the waist area. So i have to try and find a way to loose the gut and keep the mass.. but it definitely works..!

5After a week i can see results, muscles look alot fuller! You will need to increase your calorie (carb and protein) intake. Side effects i am experiencing bad night sweats with this creatine!

Awesome Pump
5This stuff for me works farrrr better than any monohydrate I've tried, recovery is quicker and the pump is greater! Easy enough to swallow a couple of pills aswell rather than create more washing up using a shaker to mix a powder! Great product!Goes Well With:Water

5The taste of Kre-Alkalyn can't be reviewed because it's tasteless. The product is superb. I got instant results, as I've just had a hip replacement and was very weak going back into the gym. My strength and endurance has massively improved. I recommend the product and the service I get from Myprotein. This is excellent!

4I much prefer the pill form of Kre-Alkalyn to power. It's a bit early to confirm long term effectiveness of them but I've felt energetic and recovered quickly since starting to take them.

So far, so good.
4Very well aware of the debate surrounding Kre-Alkalyn. I can only offer that Creatine Mono does not seem to work well for me and I believe I am seeing results with Kre-Alkalyn. On my second bottle.
