4Shocked at positive results within first 2 weeks, arms have never felt more pumped after a workout. Found same product for same price but double the amount of tablets elsewhere.

A BIG difference
5Kre-Alkalyn is a "must-have" in my range of supplements now. The difference in the intensity and my ability to exert myself in my workouts is phenomenal, and should I forget to take them I'll certainly be feeling it in the gym. The caps are a little large, but gulped with enough water it's no issue. No excuses, buy this product.Goes Well With:Thermopure

4I take every morning with some orange juice just to get the creatine into system. Good quality Ph balanced creatine product at a decent price.Goes Well With:Glutamine and Alpha Male for strength training into 40's.

very effective
4Used these for 2 weeks and have noticed bigger gains with this, easy to swallow and helps my recovery.. Definitely recommend to someone starting the gym Goes Well With:Water

Instant effect !!
5Brilliant product. Not been using them for long but I noticed a change straight away. I have more energy and can lift more in the gym with better recovery. Very convenient being in capsule form instead of powder. Would definitely recommend !

Great stuff
5Ive used creatine monohydrate over the years and it has worked for me but i fancied a change and thought id try the kre alkalyn. Ive been on it 2 and half weeks and my arm size has increased and im feeling stronger already. I hadnt worked out for months but ive soon picked up strength gains. I have it in pill form and im taking 6 a day, sometimes 8. I just neck it with water and cant taste any kre alkalyn when i have my dose Overall its better than monohydrate and i seem to have quicker results than i do on mono. worth the money

Best sleeping aid
1I drank this 60-90 minutes before my workout as instructed with water. I did not use any other supplements and drank loads of water. So wasnt dehydrated. I also do not have any other conditions. However, instead of feeling energised and ready for the gym, I was extremely drowsy and one day even dosed off at the dining room table. I would be forced to climb back in bed and then sleep for 2-3 hours!! Very very unusual for me. I have never experienced sleepiness like this before and it only occurs when I drink the kre-alkalyn tablets. I asked customer services if this is normal, but they just confirmed there is nothing wrong with the quality of the product. I can thus only deduce that this is a side effect that one will have to deal with or try a different brand. I am gutted as I really thought this will be a great product!Goes Well With:Sleep. Does not go well with trying to exercise.

Amazing!
5For the first time I have found a creatine product that gives me great results and NO SPOTS! Everytime previously I took creatine my face came out in major spots however this product really works and my face is spot free!! Many thanks MyProtein!

TEAR ##IT UP!
5Just finished second bottle of this muscle nector. Awesome strength, insane pump. I was able to keep a higher focus for entire session. Body temp felt higher, got a dab on most of the time even when not training. Easily digested will take a break then eat up some more. Muscular size gained following the course. What more needs to be said!
