I fully recommend

I started taking this Kre-Alkalyn when I left the country for 5 weeks too see my parents. I'm already a fitness active individual with good mass and fitness levels. I started taking this and my girlfriend flew out too see me a few weeks later, to complete disbelief and shock at the size I had gained. I noticed a difference in muscle hardness and size, she had a strange odd mini seizure at the sight of my arms, I felt like an actual god. I'm not exaggerating and I wasn't evened pumped, the best way to describe it, is that I became my original pumped size after using these for around 2 weeks. The results are quick, and I would recommend it.

Kre-Alkalyn Gives you an unbelievable pump when training, I must say it's actually quite a strange one! I've seen slight strength gains too, I'm currently cutting and I generally drop strength quite a bit - but this time I've hardly lost any strength. It's a good product!

Winning

I had bad experiences from other creatine but this Kre-Alkalyn stuff is the bomb. Within 2 days I saw a difference, with bigger muscles in days. Not bad! There's no taste issues, small capsules = easy swallowing and the cheapest I've seen so far.

Excellent supplement, can't speak highly enough of it. Started noticing results in size within weeks and in strength within days of using it. Helps you get those last couple of reps out which ordinarily you wouldn't manage. Personally, I take a two week break after each course.

This is my first time that I have used a creatine product. I seem to be having good results and within a month my muscles are more pumped especially my biceps which are permenantly hard. My mrs loves the results which is always a bonus. I will be trying the creapure next time as these will work out expensive.

I tried this over 12 months ago and I was impressed but I have to agree with Mindaugas Skuodas as I felt sometimes it worked great but sometimes it didnt work so good. I feel it has to be taken on a empty stomach and goes well with a ISO type sports drink 60-90 mins before training. I have tried other various Creatine products but fine this the best and easiest to take as you dont need to take as much as you do with other Creatin products.

"Instant results in strength from the first time I used it (about a month ago). Whether this has a placebo attached to it i don't know but I can definitely notice the difference from the times i take it religiously and the times when i forget to take it. My personal routine: I take two, about an hour and a half before i get in the gym then I run for 20-30 mins (it helps with muscle cramps and lactic acid build up) and then once its been pumped around the bloodstream I hit the weights. The way I used to train meant that I would start with cardio but then my energy levels would be too low to start weight training.
