Leaves You Hard And Pumped For MUCH longer
5This is like creatine on steroids...seriously. I took this when I was down in Brighton because I hadn't been in the gym and was looking flat. I took it and did a quick body weight workout and looked pumped for several days. I was tighter in my clothes too. I always combine creatine with arginine for greater pump too. It also helps with "other" thingsGoes Well With:Arginine

5This is the first time I've used Kre-Alkalyn and the results have been great. Im using it in conjunction with BCAA and have added lean muscle and dropped 2% bf over 4 weeks. Highly recommend.... Goes Well With:BCAA

Less is more
5Prior to purchasing this product I was taking creatine on a daily basis which on days I wasn't working out seemed to be a waste. After much research I decided to go for Kre-Alkalyn® and I am so glad I did, I only take it before and after the workout with impact whey protein, I suffer less from muscle fatigue now and have noticed better muscle repair and growth. I recommend this product for intense work outs, strength and stamina training.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Potein and Alpha Male multivitamin tablets.

Must have!
5I used to train religiously and used to always take one before and after workout. I was in great shape. I have recently got back into weight training and this product has helped me get close to where I used to be! Can't recommend it enough.
