Pills opened inside
2Hi sorry this isn't a positive review but some of the capsules inside had burst meaning there was creatine over most of the contents inside. I'm sure it's a great product it just didn't arrive well

5Have been taking this product for couple of years now, with recommended brakes, it definitely improves workout, increases power and strength 20% at least. Goes Well With:Whey protein

Huge Capsules
3The capsules are so big that I need to flush them off with a LOT of water. It felt like I had tried to swallow a marble 😂 I am not fussy with pills and tablets, but these are just silly. Also after a quick google search that I did after I bought the product (I trusted the reviews blindly... silly me) I found out that there's evidence suggesting no difference between buffered creatine and the regular monohydrate one.Goes Well With:LOADS of water so they actually go into the tummy.

Excellent Product
5I've only just started taking Creatine and have tried a couple of brands, but these seem to be the best so far. I take two with THE Pre-Workout before training and then two more after and it feels like they make a real difference. When I first started doing weights Creatine was just starting to be spoken about in the various mags I used to get back then and I haven't given it a thought since. Starting back at the gym a bit more seriously in the last 12 months I thought I should give it a try and think I will stick with these as they seem to be giving me a boost, are well priced, and aren't like swallowing a shoe like some I've had before.Goes Well With:THE Pre-Workout - BUY IT!!! Worth every penny. Impact Whey Isolate

This product is insane
5I don’t normally do reviews and never tried creatine before but feel obliged to do so here. I’ve been plateauing in the gym recently and mixing up routine etc. doesn’t seem to have helped so I though I would try Kre Alkyln. So this is day 1 for me, pills arrived today. Took 2 before my workout (around an hour before) and went to the gym. Having read the reviews from others I had high expectations. When I got in the gym, from my first set to my last, I substantially beat every exercise versus last week, and as mentioned above, I have been plateauing recently. One example of this is that I have been doing 160kg on leg press for around 10-15 reps and just about 8 reps at 180kg. Today, I smashed 15 reps at 180kg and 10 reps at 200kg. I have never done 200kg before so to smash out 10 reps was crazy. My legs are still shaking now, around an hour later. The pump is insane too. I cant speak for what the results will be longer term and this is based on one session, but I am now an advocate of this product. Must try in my view.Goes Well With:Hard work

Better for me than Monohydrate
5I had been using creatine monohydrate for quite a while but i also found that within 1-2 hours i would start to get stomach cramps and pains. I decided to try kre-alkalyn as it apparently helps mitigate these side effects, within a couple of days all cramping had disappeared, and i was previously getting these cramps every single day to the point where it disrupted my social life. I have been using these for around 2-3weeks with no cramping. For me, this is a much superior product than mono, although significantly more expensive. Not sure if related, but i have also seen big increases in weight that i am able, perhaps this mixed with my bulking phase though. Highly recommend especially if mono doesn’t agree with you 100% Plus they also come in handy capsules.Goes Well With:Water or juice

Really Works
5This stuff is great - no loading and no bloating and much less running to the loo for a p**s. It really does help the intensity of my training and to put in that little bit of extra effort. The thing you really notice is the PUMP - after an arm session my arms are almost exploding and stay that way for some time. Will be reordering.
