Really good, but expensive
4What I’ll say is, I have no problem with the product and how it works, it’s really good, pill form is better for me, quick and easy, I’ve noticed improvements in my performance and a faster recovery rate, it leaves me with no nausea unlike mono hydrate, no loading, it’s just pricey, that’s my only negative but, I mean, I’ll still probably buy moreGoes Well With:Cardio

Great and easy to take
5I suffer less from muscle fatigue now and have noticed better muscle repair and growth. I recommend this product for intense work outs, strength and stamina training. Easy to swallow capsules.

5Great supplement I took them everyday and after about a month my strength, deadlifts etc and muscle gains massively improved

Unreal pump!
5Been using these for about a week. I take them on training days and normal creatine mini hydrate on off days. The post workout pump I am getting is unreal. Just finished a back and triceps workout and my arms are literally exploding. Bring on summer! Goes Well With:Hard workouts

Meh
3Bought these assuming 3g per capsule but realised after opening its 3g per serving and a serving is 4 capsules? Seems slightly misleading… Serving Size - 4 Capsule Servings Per Container - 30 (120 Capsules)Goes Well With:A scoop of regular powered creatine in water
