Vanilla tastes disgusting and does not mix well at all leaving a lumpy texture. The chocolate is slightly better however the taste still isnt pleasant at all. I was very disapointed with the product after liking the impact whey so much. Not one of your best products im afraid to say myprotein.

"I got the Chocolate Smooth flavour and I have to say it has been too sweet for me. I HAVE been able to get through the bag though! I'm using this alongside Impact Whey, and along with my diet I'm getting 150 - 160lbs of Protein a day and this has resulted in increased mass - not as much as I'd like but these things take time. Think I will try the Unflavoured version next - one thing to remember is that the Protein content is significantly lower in the chocolate version, around 8% drop. For me the content of protein is more important, I can always add a teaspoon of hot choc powder on top if necessary. With regards its mixabilty, I found the blender ball didn't smooth it out enough and was quite bitty. However, get yourself a hand blender and you'll notice the difference - totally smooth."

"I havn't treid it with milk yet but i plain to and i hope i can actually drink it next time. With water it is horrible; i had one mouthful and swallowed it which made me gag for about 20 seconds. If your not going to use milk i strongly recomend you don't buy this! It mixes well but tastes like crap even though there is no lumps. It is probalby best to take smaller doses than the recomended amount, maybe 60g not 100g and do it twice a day. It does help you gain weight but you still have to eat enough during the day. I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and still the weight comes on in pure fat."

"This mixed well for me, as long as you've got a blender bottle it should mix perfectly, just needs a little more shaking than plain whey. Taste is lovely as well. Will see what the long term results are, but is helping my bulking already"

"I just wanted to add my comment becuase theres a few people that are saying it doesnt mix well. initially i wash just shaking it in the mixer and there were a few lumpy bits (which dont taste bad anyway, i just eat them and drink a little more milk to wash down) but i then used the little metal springy shaker to the flask and gave it a thourough shake.. I cant imagine it mixing any better. If you dont down it pretty quick the powder will gather at the bottom of your flask but just shake it a few more times. I think choclate taste great. better than one of those nestle powder shakes. as for weight gain, i cant really say i have gained weight, but i have gained lean muscle. i wouldnt say it the shakes fault that i havent gained weight, im just have a poor diet, and you cant rely on a shake on its own. It is a suppliment afterall. im ordering another 500k to add to my creature suppliment. and dont let the ""it doesnt mix or taste great"" comments put you off... just shake thourougly with the metal springy round thing :)"

mix very well..and good taste.....only low GI carbonhydrat in the formula are well to make only lean tissue and not fat! fast delivery in France in two days with interesting low price..very happy french customer! french comment: tres bon gainer avec uniquement des bon glucides a assimilation lente (orge et avoine) qui permet un gain de sans graisse! livraison rapide en deux jours..prix bas et qualité!
