Gained 1/2 stone in a month
Taking 2 scoops, 3 times a day and going to the gym about 4/5 times a week, I have noticed over a 5kg gain in a little over a month. I'm 6ft4 and have been a relatively slim build all my life. Been shovelling this down through the first lockdown and now I'm an absolute weapon. The powder is nice and powdery and as far as flavour goes its good enough to eat. It's best to pour a bottle of tequila in with the mix (and a splash of milk) so that your body goes numb and you can't feel pain in the gym. Every rep counts! This is also good because you'll get a good night sleep once blacked out and more sleep means more gains.Goes Well With:High functioning alcoholism

The shake is really good and tastes nice when it it mixed with whole milk but the suggested serving is 100g and they say to put 3 and 1 third scoops into your cup, but I weighed my powder and all I needed was two 70ml scoops and that made the 100g. This will make it last longer and ensure you aren't taking too much powder. Goes Well With:Whole milk (blue lid)

I truly love this weight gainer. I've always found it hard to put on weight and find it difficult to stomach large meals. Impact Weight Gainer has helped me with my goals of putting on weight. Along with a weight training program, a balanced diet and Impact Weight Gainer I've went from being 9.5st to 12st in 5 months! I find it mixed great with both water and full-fat milk, my recommendation though is to mix with ice cold water if drinking before your going to eat, and with milk at other times as with milk its very filling. 5***** review from meGoes Well With:Milk Ice cold water

I've had a few versions of this over the years, and this is by far the poorest version in terms of drinkability. It mixes poorly, and given a few minutes it separates. You can be found drinking water and having what looks like wet cement at the bottom. And yes, it's going to make you fat. But.... This is where we have to remember what we are trying to achieve here. This is ALL about weight gain. Keep the water level low, I go 2 scoops and about 400ml water in the morning. Shake hard, and just drink it. In one go. Like a horrible sedimenty medicine. It's really nothing to cry over. This is going to build you up. You wont be so hungry, so try to do it when you have a natural hour between eating. The fat it gives you, well you can burn that off later, it's all fuel. And the extra weight, well that's POWER, so you are going to lift BIGGER. This is going to build you bigger. I shall probably ease off it when the summer hits and shred, but it's still winter bulk and this is great.Goes Well With:Water, 400ml and 2 scoops. Drink fast. I also have Whey Protien during my work out and Overnight recovery before bed (Strawberry Cream is delicious). I'm pretty comfortably doing 5 nights a week in the gym without getting too worn out, I could probably sleep a bit better to overcome that but I like to party too..

Bought this for my boyfriend who struggles to put on weight no matter how much he eats. First off, this does not taste like a protein shake and I would honestly mistake it for a chocolate milkshake...it's so nice! He loves it too and is finding it really easy to mix and incorporate into his diet. Can't wait to see the results. Goes Well With:Whole milk

This stuff is perfect when needed. 1 scoop or 2 scoops in a shake or as I do, in my bowl of porridge every morning to start the day with 25g + of protein...unflavoured is not a problem as you can add your own... fruit, syrup, honey or banana... it’s up to you....great value too...I prefer the 2.5 kg pouch...it’s a good size for storing and not too bulky.Goes Well With:Porridge, shakes.
