Brilliant. The strawberry tastes great and if you mix a banana in with it is very tasty. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch and am not getting hungry in between or snacking. It's the best shake I've tried and to make things better I've lost 2 kg since using it. (only 8 days). Can't recommend this enough.

Cant believe it....How could something that tastes so good not be bad for you? Absolutely love this product....After tasting this I will never buy from anywhere else.

"Firstly, I was compelled to write this as most the reviews are only focused on taste- if you want nice flavours then drink Nesquick. The protein seems to be proactive in aiding recovery time from intense sessions in the gym whether it be cardio or weights session. I found that my mass in my chest and arms especially benefited from an extended period from usage. In regards to feeling fuller for longer it was a useful aid to curb cravings without the bloated feeling. As per the instructions take A.M. for breakfast then after a workout. For best results mix with milk and water 50/50 to add some taste but restrict calorie intake down- I found leaving the shake to stand for about 15 minutes helped disolve any grainy bits thus making it more palatable. "

"How a product tastes is not a priority for me, so long as it is acceptable I dont really care. What does matter is its effectiveness, and for me this product is A1. I never go too overweight, even in the off season, may be 6 to 10 pounds at the most, and when I diet to lose these few pounds I have found this product to be the best. I just got the vanilla cookie and was shocked actually how nice it is!!! This however is not such a good thing as it contains a large amount of sucralose. It doesn't actually give the amount on the packaging but it is for example example sweeter that a McDonalds Vanilla Milkshake with just 1 scoop and 300ml of milk. Everything is perfect but I just wish they didn't bother adding the potential carcinagenic ingredient when everything else in it is so good ESPECIALLY when most of the users here would be happy to sweeten it with honey. I will still use it but won't be buying it again as I don't really believe in artificial sweeteners even if they are considered 'safe' from inconclusive results (thats just not good enough for me! lol)

OK i've only just bought this product so effectiveness im not sure about yet and will updat in 4 weks time. I used it today for breakfast and for lunch to see how full it kept me and i can easily say that those two shakes kept me sated very easily so in that respect top marks since i want to get down from now 14% bodyfat to at least 9%. Taste I bought Vanilla Cookie and it wasnt great but wasnt bad either. If people are expecting to drink this and for it to taste like a cookie well get real its DIET whey if they made it taste exactly like the stuff chances are it wouldnt be any good for you. Mixability is great and i dont know what people are talking about. DO expect it to be grainy but it does have ground oats and husk in it. those two ingredients are not souluable and why anyone moans about that are above me. I will give more indepth review about product like i said in 4 weeks and see how i fair but all in all looking to be a good product
