"I ordered the chocolate mint flavour at the end of last week and started using it this morning. It tastes great and mixes extremely well. Probably a bit early to post what results I've had from it at the moment but cannot fault it on taste and the delivery was really quick also. I usually get hungry around mid morning but since having a shake at breakfast, I've not felt hungry at all. Happy with it so far and will put up a review once I've finished the pouch I have. "Well pretty much everyone bangs on about the fact that this product doesn't taste good! Quite frankly if your that bothered about the taste then by a Yazoo milkshake! I got the double choc one and to me it tastes like a protein shake with added cocoa powder. It aint great but its designed to be palatable so its easier to consume! Not taste like shake you can buy from local corner shop! Any way this product is designed to aid weight loss, recovery and give you a boost in the gym or with your workout and by god it does exactly that I'm tearing through my cardio sessions with no fatigue like a had previously and the next day my muscles don't ache any more and I'm raring to go again. In the space of one week its helped me shed nearly 3 pounds! Not bad for a 17 stone beer gut!!! So pinch ya nose if you don't like the taste stop ya wining grow a pair and get yaself back in the gym.. Impact Diet Whey is 10 out of 10 in my eyes and I highly recommend it."

Brilliant. The strawberry tastes great and if you mix a banana in with it is very tasty. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch and am not getting hungry in between or snacking. It's the best shake I've tried and to make things better I've lost 2 kg since using it. (only 8 days). Can't recommend this enough.

Cant believe it....How could something that tastes so good not be bad for you? Absolutely love this product....After tasting this I will never buy from anywhere else.

"Firstly, I was compelled to write this as most the reviews are only focused on taste- if you want nice flavours then drink Nesquick. The protein seems to be proactive in aiding recovery time from intense sessions in the gym whether it be cardio or weights session. I found that my mass in my chest and arms especially benefited from an extended period from usage. In regards to feeling fuller for longer it was a useful aid to curb cravings without the bloated feeling. As per the instructions take A.M. for breakfast then after a workout. For best results mix with milk and water 50/50 to add some taste but restrict calorie intake down- I found leaving the shake to stand for about 15 minutes helped disolve any grainy bits thus making it more palatable. "

"How a product tastes is not a priority for me, so long as it is acceptable I dont really care. What does matter is its effectiveness, and for me this product is A1. I never go too overweight, even in the off season, may be 6 to 10 pounds at the most, and when I diet to lose these few pounds I have found this product to be the best. I just got the vanilla cookie and was shocked actually how nice it is!!! This however is not such a good thing as it contains a large amount of sucralose. It doesn't actually give the amount on the packaging but it is for example example sweeter that a McDonalds Vanilla Milkshake with just 1 scoop and 300ml of milk. Everything is perfect but I just wish they didn't bother adding the potential carcinagenic ingredient when everything else in it is so good ESPECIALLY when most of the users here would be happy to sweeten it with honey. I will still use it but won't be buying it again as I don't really believe in artificial sweeteners even if they are considered 'safe' from inconclusive results (thats just not good enough for me! lol)
