"Review for the double choc variety. It tastes good, the protein part of the mix (i strained the flecks out to test) doesnt feel gritty and no aftertaste or bad breath. Blending the rest with the hand mixer its a lot thinner in consistency than my phd diet blend which im comparing it against, this has a positive and a negative result. The positive: its easily consumed and doesnt leave me gagging on the last mouthful, it also doesnt bloat me up or windy. The negative: as someone has already said the flecks of oats dont hild in the suspension very well and tend to sink for the final mouthful like drinking tea after funking a hobnob in it, however this is not too bad if youre prepared for it. All in all though great price ( on offer buy one get one half price) i would however favour my other brand if at full price though the comparison is very close. No problems whatsoever with this product that using less water than the guidelines suggest wont fix."

"I have been using the product for about 2 months. My sole intention was to lose weight/fat. Since using it, I have lost 18 lb and can honestly say that I do not feel hungry in between meals. I have the double choc flavour as this satisfies my chocolate craving as well. It mixes well if you use the shaker and I find the 'bits' in it rather pleasant. It takes yummy and as it is working for me, I can't recommend it enough."

"First time using this product, I primarily used it for the protein content as I'm not looking to loose much weight. For that reason it is perfect, a high protein content for after workout (and maintenance). Taste is nice, however it is severely let down by the 'bits' in the drink. I think they are the Whole Psyllium Husks but I don't like the effect on the drink one bit. Aside from that it mixes well and tastes nice. However I will be trying something else from the MP range in future."

I received my order today and as a fan of cold coffee i was anticipating this might be turn out to be a healthy cheat instead of an iced-latte from a certain coffee shop. HERE is the huge problem i have. I don't like sugar in my coffee and this is as sweet as honey. for that reason, in my view, it's almost unpalatable. why-oh-why MP have you made this so sweet? we could always add dextrose if we wanted it sweeter but you can't undo the sweetner you've added. Also, if it is a diet protein, why have you added oats? that seems contradictory and i am more used to finding this in bulking shakes. it doesn't mix well and has a head which doesn't settle and the oats form a clump at the bottom five seconds after shaking it. tomorrow i will try the double-chocolate but i don't hold out much hope and will be reverting back to True Whey very shortly."

"Here is the ultimate review to this product..read on!! I decided to make the break from Myproteins 'whey protein powder' to 'impact diet whey' when the 'BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE' offer was emailed to me, as i have been looking to trim my waist down, lose fat, and increase lean muscle. I decided to purchase the chocolate and strawberry shortcake flavours, which turned up the day after i ordered... excellent service. As for the products themselves, PERFECT!! People often moan about the taste of these shakes, but i genuinly look forward to my 2 shakes a day as afternoon and evening snacks... it's all down to personal taste at the end of the day. The mixability isn't as good as the standard whey protein, but it certainly does the job considering it has oats etc in it. Down in one straight from the shaker; mixed with plenty of ICE COLD WATER does the trick. I would probably recommend the chocolate shake over the strawberry, although both do taste really nice (one you get used to them). As for the effect of them?... EXCELLENT! I have always been someone who enjoys food, take aways at the weekend and meals out with the family, however have managed to loose 1st 2lbs in the space of 5 months (now 14st 12lbs - not too shabby!) They fill you up, make you less achy, and actually motivate you towards your goals. Obviously it isn't a miracle shake, but it certainly helps if used with excercise, and cautious eating. I will certainly be purchasing the product again, and would highly recommend you do the same!"

"This is an awesome diet shake. It's fantastic as a pre and post workout shake; doesn't make me nauseous during training and leaves me feeling full after. And then there's the price; compare this with similar products and it really is a no brainer. I've only given it four stars though as it misses out on one vital ingredient: CLA. No real drama though as I add MP CLA powder which does the job but spoils the taste a bit. As a final point, try one scoop of Latte flavour with a half scoop of Chocolate True Whey protein. The taste is incredible. "

Just received this today after ordering yest so very impressed with speedy delivery :) .... Had my first shake for lunch and I gotta say if dieting tastes this good Im going to find it real easy loosing the pounds!! I ordered Strawberry Shortcake and it tastes LUSH and I feel quite satisfied after drinking it (Im a bad snacker lol) Will defo be ordering the larger pouch next time will update in time to see how the weight loss goes x x

"Well i've been reading allot of reviews on diet Whey, i'm not interested in the teste as most mention i'm interested in the effectiveness, Doesn't mix as good as others however i've no issue in the taste, I will be giving this a go for a month and if it's effective I will make an even more positive review. Again I don't buy things for the taste if this helps me tone up and lose pounds then it's going to get a high 5 from me we will see as i'm also on a low calorie drink, some of you might look at how many calories there is in diet whey don't let that fool you, to burn calories you need to consume calories and the ingredients in diet whey looks good let's wait and see :-)"
