5I've had this for a few a days now, and it's brilliant compared to the other diet whey's I have used (such as PHD - which was very gritty). The tastes are brilliant, it's not awful yet not excellent, but it's easy to swallow. Finding myself peckish here and there, so I would drink a shake instead of snacking. I've been told I'm losing weight, and I've noticed lately taking this alongside with carb blockers I'm finding myself feeling less bloated and getting slimmer. The only downside is that I wish there were more flavours instead such as berries kind of flavours! (Would have loved a blueberry flavour)Goes Well With:Water - Milk may work but I find milk makes me feel bloated and I'm not a big fan on drinking milk

Impact diet whey protein banana flavour
4Strong banana flavour which can be slightly sweet/sickly but not too offensive that you can't eat it. Definitely gets the bowels moving which is helpful if you are eating a reduced amount of stodgy foods.Goes Well With:Oats, smoothies, water and almond/coconut alpro milk.

Doesn't Mix Well
1This doesn't mix well at all, you can taste lumps of powder, I have tried adding more water which doesn't make a difference.

Worst Protein Shake I have ever had!!
1This was the worst protein shake I have ever had. The taste was awful and there were globby bits in the shake. My colleagues at work tried it too and we all agreed it was disgusting

5Really tasty and goes well with most fruit and veg. When shaking with water, it can sometimes remain a bit "lumpy"Goes Well With:Mango, banana and spinach
