Really pleased
5I purchased the double chocolate and latte. Works well for me, it mixes well with water. I have it as a snack mid morning and after a work out and it keeps me full. They also give me more energy and fill me up. This is highly recommended.Goes Well With:Water

Results within the first week
5I do Olympic Weightlifting and this protein has helped me a lot, I have noticed a difference and a change within my body, my body has become more toned and my muscle growth has become extremely noticeable. I have the strawberry shortcake, however it tastes a lot better when mixed with milk if replacing a meal and if it is just for a drink throughout the day i would recommend mixing with water as it is a lot lighter. highly recommend if wanting to tone up and define muscles more. Goes Well With:Milk and Water

4Its my first time trying protein shakes with my workout. The delivery was super fast. Receiving a free shaker was a great offer. The shake tastes so good,not powdery like you may expect. It mixes well & so far im impressed with the product. I have only just started using the shakes in the last few days & i will definitely say already i feel much more energised & my muscles are repairing quicker,i am experiencing much less muscle fatigueGoes Well With:Water after workout

5I've tried the strawberry and Vanilla Cookie flavour and they're both fantastic. Expecially the Vanilla Cookie mixed with a bit of skimmed milk is really enjoyable. I'd recommend this to anyone Goes Well With:Milk, Water and any pill

Protein shake
5I have never liked using protein drinks in he past , I found the taste to be awful and I allways ended up with the skwitters ha ha,until now , even when mixed with water it tastes fine,very nice actually it staves of hunger and gives a feeling of being full,so I will be ordering more in the future.thanks.mickeyGoes Well With:A fat free diet and fruit I have not been using other products long enough to comment yet
