Good meal replacement
4My reason for making this purchase was that while finishing a bag of hurricane I did not want to take a second supplement with creatine in it. While this is a good meal replacement shake it is hard to mix and the chocolate tastes a little off, not like the other choc shakes such as iso etc. A good product but probably will not purchase again as there are better muscle building products available from mp. Was very good value.Goes Well With:Hunger pangs!

Not bad, mixability is meh
4I bought this on a whim because I've been lifting for a short while and wanted to help the lean muscle gains along, and burn some extra fat at the same time (just under two stone to go to my goal). I bought the banana flavour because I absolutely love bananas, and have no complaints on that front so far, though because I have it with water, it gets a bit weaker in taste as the drink goes on. The effectiveness is great; it helps with the muscle mass gains, so that's great, and it's also helping with the definition a bit thanks to the fat burning. The only downside is the mixability; just shaking it in my SuperShaker flask leaves an okay result, with the shake getting a bit more bitty and tasteless as time goes on after drinking it. Maybe it's the fact that I don't mix with skim milk, maybe it's the fact that I'd probably get better results with blending, I don't know. Overall, a top notch supplement that I WILL be buying again (until I want to switch to something like the normal Impact or the Isolate).Goes Well With:Water

Impact Diet Whey
3Impact Diet Whey has a great taste, I have the double chocolate flavour. I've found it very poor to mix, compared to impact whey isolate. I've tried it with water and milk and a mixture of both, but still comes a lumpy. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, but no change in weight. Goes Well With:Water or milk

5Great product! Noticing the differences already. Never used protein before but wanted to kick start my New Year the right way. I have one every morning and mid-afternoon for my snacks or vary for when I go for a run or a workout DVD. Would definitely recommend the Cookies & Cream flavour! Goes really well with milk.
