Easy to take
4Suggested use is 1g/day? Who came up with that? It should be 3. Unless your dangerously underweight, like less than 40kg.

Effective
3Thought I'd give these a go. Got to say, after 1 month. They seem to of worked. Already pushing weight up and the definition on my muscles is so noticeable. Especially my shoulders which just seem to of Popped all of a sudden. Goes Well With:Water

It's better to consider more eco-friendly packing
4High concentration HMB, good product. However, the packing is quite unreasonable. 180 tables are contained in a far huge plastic bottle than they actually need, it makes me feel guilty to choose this product every time I take the tablet. Could your company replace those huge plastic bottles by sealed paper bags, or smaller bottle? Thank you.

Good, but the hmb powder is better
3I bought the tablets as they are easy to take, and I'd read that hmb powder tastes horrible. I felt they worked ok, but I've since bought some hmb in powder form (it was on offer) and for me it's way better. The powder tastes vile, but the results, in my opinion, are worth it. I take it before bed, with the overnight recovery blend and it works a treat. Goes Well With:Overnight recovery blend

Mad strength gains
5Ive not really noticed a "pump" from this as is usually said about HMB. I have noticed a real strength gain though, combined with great cardio also. Hill running, lactic acid build up is really delayed, allowing you to perform better on shorter reps ( <1min). Recovery times between sets are also improved. In the gym is where it is really noticeable, strength gains on weigths but also with functional training, burpees etc. One thing I have noticed which i see no mention of anywhere though; this stuff has given me MAD dreams EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, job interviews with no trousers on, jumping out of planes into swimming pools etc etc. It got to the point where I am wondering weather to continue with this stuff. Goes Well With:Some kind of sleep aid
