HMB - so far so good
4My partner and I have started taking this supplement. Considering how large it is it's not too chalky and doesn't effect my tummy. Can't say I have noticed a difference as yet, but it could be subtle and need to give more time.

Great Product
5So I initially stumbled across these through an online review I read and thought I would give them a go. Having recently switched over to a more powerbuilding type plan I can honestly say these tabs have helped with numerous things. Strength gains, sleep, recovery and keeps me feeling pumped from one session to the next. 100% recommend these.

5I’m using HMB for a while now, normally 2 tablets 45 minutes before my workout. It work as it should, worth the money 👍

Gains
5I feel that when I take HMB that I start to see gains not only physically but also in what I can lift. This though has been since using another brand of HMB which has a dosage 3x the strength as recommended here as well as doubling up on my creatine. I only tried another brand as MyProtein were unable to get their tablets in stock. As a vegetarian trying to find tablets and not capsules that contain gelatine has been a nightmare and HMB powder always leaves a chalky residue. Since getting stock back in I have continued to take 3 grams a day and have continued to see gains (please do your own research before going over the recommended dose). Goes Well With:Anything.
