Good value

Good value when compared to other brands. I'm taking it in conjunction with MP Omega 3,which is also excellent value. Currently at the loading phase (2 weeks in) so unsure of its effectiveness yet. I've had disc problems so am interested to see if it helps. I think it takes 2-3 months for it to start to take effect.

Quality item. I find it helps my dodgy knee. You have to take it consistently though to let it build in your system.

Big Lad Runner

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. I am currently training for a marathon and running 30-40 miles per week, this is a big stress on your knees and ankles when you weigh 16 st 5lb. I cannot tell you the difference this supplement has made, after a 15 mile run I now feel no pain at all. I am sure this will be a solid part of my regime for a long time to come.

Used now for over six months as been on a fitness mission hitting the gym. Orderd due to noticing pain in my elbows and knee joints after the first few weeks off hitting the gym and work a treat. Started off my taking two a day and never looked back no pain what so ever. Recommend to all
