5I've been taking cod liver oil tablets for a long time as I have always had problems with my joints, I've been on these tablets for 2/3 weeks and can actually tell they are working, I ache less at night. Really impressed, will be using these for a very long time.Goes Well With:Aching Joints

4I bought these after my doctor suggested I cut back on Cod Liver Oil, and my trainer suggested Glucosamine instead. I compete in a wide variety of sports/events, triathlon, running, cycling, mountain biking etc and so I am keen to look after my joints. These are fairly large tablets but they are relatively easy to swallow. Goes Well With:Water

Powdery
3After going through a pot of the this supplement, which were very easy to swallow and worked well I thought I'd try these as they are cheaper. Unfortunately when you go to wash the tablet down with a little water it starts dissolving and is very powdery and consequently extremely difficult to swallow. I'm sure they work but the HCL's are much easier to take.

5This definitely works, I was getting what I call weight-lifters elbow and after taking this for the 1st 2 week the joint pain had gone. It is also helping my recovery speed from having spinal surgery. I have been on it for over a month and never looked back.Goes Well With:any drink

3I've only been taking these for a week or so, so I cannot give accurate feedback, but I suffer from joint pain a lot - knees from running, and recently a buggered back from squats (form gave out). Since taking this supplement my joints have been less painful, but that could be due to the rest. I know this chemical is sold in most health shops so I have no doubt of it's effectiveness, I just haven't seen it yet. I would still recommend a friend to look into it if they suffered regular joint problems thoughGoes Well With:Aching joints

Good supplement
5I used to experience hip pain when squatting that would remain with me for a couple of days. I starting taking this product from a friend's recommendation, and after about 2 weeks of taking it the pain went away and hasn't been back. It's great for anyone with joint problems or anyone concerned about their joints.
