Fabulous
5I was dubious trying these. They do work. They work that well they suppress my hunger for hours. I take two at 7am and don’t eat till 11am. I take two at 1/2pm and miss lunch. I have my big evening meal around 6pm and take two more at 830 so I’m not hungry at bedtime. I am tracking my calories still and I’m eating around 1200 calories a day. I no longer snack. I’ve lost 6.5lbs in two weeks on these. I am a convert!! Remember to take them with a full pint of water as they need this to expand in your stomach (and not your throat). This is the only warning you get and really need and you must take them a minimum of 30 minutes before eating or they won’t work There are no laxatives in these but Konjac is high in fibre and you get the benefit of regular normal bowel Movements with these too

Weight loss
5Been having these for a couple of weeks, I have noticed I haven't snacked as much and I have been no where near as bloated as I used to be. Haven't weighed myself yet but clothes are feeling looser Goes Well With:Weight loss and water

Brilliant
5These are fantastic! They really do curb your appetite. I was a bit sceptical at first, but today is day 3 of taking them and have really noticed I haven't been hungry at all. There are no side effects, which is great. Highly recommended xGoes Well With:Water

Wow
5Have started using and just wow, it fills my stomach so much that it really does help lower the intake of my food, would recommend if you are going on diet, however, I do recommend eating a balanced diet and this is definitely not a substitute for your meal. Goes Well With:Lots of Water

It's working!
3I've only been using these for 2 weeks, along with healthy eating and going to the gym. I've found they act more like a laxative rather than suppressing your appetite before meals. As I'm doing all 3 together they are working together nicely. I've lost 5lb so far. Goes Well With:A pint of water

Gastric band in a tablet
5These tablets are perfect. Take 2 tablets 30 mins before a meal and make sure you drink plenty of water to help the tablet to work its magic. My portion sizes have reduced and I no longer snack between meals. Highly recommend these tablets. Goes Well With:water

Very Effective
5This may be all in my mind, it may also be a placebo. However, I find these help me through my day. I take two tablets before a big meal and I find that I'm not nearly as hungry and eat less as a result. This will be my second week, and it feels a lot easier knowing I have these to help me aid my hunger away.

Brilliant
5These tablets are fantastic. They stop those hunger pains which make you want to eat more. I have stopped over indulging and so far I have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Goes Well With:Goes well with a diet.

Glucomannan
5Excellent does exactly what it claims! No nausea no bad stomachs nothing. I take 2 tablets 3 times a day half an hour before meals with 2 glasses of water. There is no taste to the capsules at all - easy peasy. Highly recommended this product.
