Nothing different
1Been taking these like clockwork for a couple of weeks. I'm probably the 1% that these don't work on. Feels like more money down the drain. No difference at all to anything. Sorry. Will keep looking for the right supplement.Goes Well With:N/A

Fuller for longer
5Decided to try these along with my twice daily meal replacement shakes as I was finding that I was still hungry after having a shake. Can't believe the difference, I now find that I'm full for hours after taking them. I would definitely recommend these for people who are constantly hungry like myself but make sure you take them with plenty of water. Goes Well With:Meal replacements

Does exactly what it says
5Been using these for a few weeks and they really do help reduce your meal intake but also keep you feeling a lot fuller for a lot longer

Never feel hungry again
5These tablets definitely do what is says on the bottle :) they are easy to take, work very quickly and have made my diet so much easier. I never feel hungry after a meal anymore and I feel full for hours. Nice that they are a natural substance too, no nasty chemicals !! :D
