one week of use
5Well after a week of use (6 x 2 per day) I really think they are helping me lowering my calories intake. My routine is small protein breakfast, run slow for 7 miles, take 2 capsules at about 11 am, light lunch at 1 pm, 2 capsules around 4 pm, run, dinner at 6 pm, capsule at 8 pm. And repeat. So while I am low on energy due to calorie deficit, I don't get the cravings, it seems to fool/fill my stomach. So far so good after a week and no sign of crashing out of the diet.

Very Effective
5I bought these and feel they work for me, I have them before my breakfast and dinner as I have a bad habit for snacking at night. From purchase, I have managed to lose 4 pounds with a mix of extra walking, eating in a calorie deficit and taking these!

It actually works
5It’s been a couple of days now and all i can say is how amazed i am that these actually work!!!! usually i snack between each meal but now i’m literally eating two meals a day and i’m full. Thank you MyProtein!

2Took these before a meal with a glass of water and they didn't do anything. They didn't stop me snacking or make me feel 'Full'

Amazing product
5I really need something to help me suppress my cravings and to helps me Reduce my snacking I’ve tried everything! So I heard about these and gave them a go and they work wonders!! I’m very active in the gym but my snacking at night was my biggest downfall. But these have helped so much and I’ve lost 7lbs in two weeks! Definitely worth the buy and will be purchasing more.

Waste of money
3I normally eat healthy and gym 4 times a week but can’t get rid of belly fat so decided to Try these used as instructed after 10 days no effect whatsoever in fact I felt hungrier than normal So waste of money should have bought Whey Protein instead Goes Well With:Nothing
