Great for extra nutrients
4I've been using something similar for a while and you deffinately feel the benefits of this type of supplement. This one (unflavoured) tastes fine on its own with water or mixed with protein. I'm not sure why others have said it tastes horrible i don't tend to swill sups around in my mouth like a fine wine, just down them in one go. That way your tongue doesn't get a chance to taste it! It mixes as well as any other powdered supplement and doesn't really taste of anything but then again it's only a 5g serving mixed with protein. It tends to make you feel more alert during the day but so would eating lots of fruit and veg daily. I don't have time to munch through a ton of fruit & veg every day so this fills the gap.

Good formulation
4I ordered it twice now and was not disappointed. Plus ------ I really like the mixture myprotein has put together here, there are some of the best superfoods with amazing benefits in there. It tasted really good mixes good as well. One thing that I also noted is that my pump was really great even without my usual citruline malate I guess it might come from the red wine extract . Minus -------- It is not organic It is expensive Goes Well With:Empty stomach

Berry Good
5I add this to my shakes with total Nutri-Greens. It doesn't taste bad in a shake at all. I haven't tried it on its own with water as I see it as part of my "meals". I started using Superfood XS 4 weeks ago alongside the total nutri-greens and I feel better and less bloated.

Wouldn't buy again
3This is simply not very nice to drink in water. I've only found it tolerable mixed in with porridge. It quickly separates out when mixed in water leaving little granules at the bottom. I won't be buying this again. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be for, the term 'superfood' is pretty meaningless. I think one of the most useful part of fruit and veg are that they contain fibre and I fail to see how ground up powdered 'super foods' contains any fibre.

4Despite the number of reviews and advise about the taste of this product, i was expecting something on the strong and bitter side. However the taste is not and issue, i just dilute to around 600ml of water.

5Have been using this for a while and I luv this product. I take it with total nutri greens with squash or with my workout shake. I feel like im getting in all the extra vits needed and more with this and gives a nice glow to your skin after a while. I can tell when I havent been using it and feel a little in need of a pick me up. The taste is great i think and could quite happily just have it on its own without a mixer. It does tend to settle at the bottom of the glass, so need to give a swirl as reach the bottom and down the contents. Wish it came in a larger size, thats the only drawback. Myprotiens service is great and always deliver quickly. Cannot fault them at all.Goes Well With:Total Nutri Greens, Shake, Squash, Water.

Good stuff
4This product really does need to be added to a fruit juice to mask the taste. It doesn't mix too well even after a blast in a blender. It's probably worth mixing the dose into a paste before adding to your drink. I felt more energetic after drinking and would definitely buy again.Goes Well With:Fruit squash

Very good
5I do martial arts (kickboxing and BJJ) and kettle bell fitness conditioning and since I started taking this I recover faster than before and have more energy/feel more relaxed in the day after the sessions. I am therefore very pleased with this product. I bought the strawberry flavoured one and it is ok taste wise, I have no problems drinking it.Goes Well With:I have it without nothing else except water.

Nice taste!
5After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried with regards to the taste of the product. Upon first try, however I was pleasantly surprised - the stuff actually tastes great! :) It has a prevalently fruity feel to it, so I have no difficulties mixing it with any liquid, even water.

A must for high performance health
4This is one of my staple supplements. Its not that it gives you a buzz or a high but after taking it for about two weeks, you'll notice when you're without. I tend to feel slughish , skin doesn't look as good and joint aren't as good as when with it. Taste isn't amazing but if you're adding it to a post workout shake you won't notice it. Taking it on its own is hard as it doesn't really dissolve at low temperatures. Just man up and down it.Goes Well With:Post workout shakes. Orange juice. Nutria-Greens
