Effective? How should I know?
5Arrived on time. I have no idea how 'effective' it is. How should I know something like that? You need a double-blind trial of a large number of randomly-selected subjects. Goes Well With:Yoghurt

4Good product for the price and excellent if you don't like taking pills all the time. Taste is bitter but not too harsh if you mix it with Tropical flavour Nutri Greens.Goes Well With:Tropical flavour Nutri Greens

Does what it says
5The product mixes well, there are just "bits" left in your drink which doesn't bother me. I've gave it 5 starts for effectiveness but that's hard to really gauge as its just to help make sure j get enough veg in the day. Overall it's a fantastic product and I will be buying it again.

5I have a tendency to completely avoid any types of healthy eating with fruit and vegetables. I guess this is a simpler way of getting those nutrients in without having to munch stalks of celery, little forests of broccoli and such. On it's own it tastes like raspberries, once water is added it doesn't mix that well but keep it to a small amount of water and down it and theres no problems.

4It's red powdery stuff, tastes fine, mixes well with water / juice. No noticeble extra super powers as of yet.

Really nice taste
4Despite some reviews I can honestly say that the tropical flavour is really nice. Mixed with chocolate protien powder it is even better, although I would say the colour on its own could be off putting. Luckily my shake bottle is grey so I cant see the green colour, but as I say it tastes really nice. 3 scoops is about the 7.5 gramme suggested and I would say it easier to use if you pour the mixture from the bag it comes in to a screw top jar if you can. Pleased with results so far, more alert it seems and haven't had to have as many mid day power naps since using it.
