Regarding the taste, you don't notice it at all if you chuck it into a protein shake - I have some whey, casein, superfood xs, apple fibre and hmb first thing in the morning (unflavoured) and it tastes fine.\n\nHowever I was doing a bit of reading on going too heavy on the antioxidants can have negative effects in the body. I take around 2-3g a day of this a day as its mainly extracts as opposed to an all out fruit and veg powder."

Thought I would be all manly and drink without juice...... bad times!\n\nAdded some summer fruits cordial and were back to good times!

Get my fix of antioxidents with one teaspoon of powder. mixed it with orange juice with spoon for about 30 seconds and you barley know its there. the sharpness of the orange juice takes the taste away.\n\ni used not from concentrate with juicy bits.
