"When I first received the capsules I was shocked to see the size of them. I though I'd never get them down my throat buy after trying them for the first time, they slid down without much hassle. The capsules do have a very strong smell of fish and you will get a teeny tiny taste of tuna, but trust me, you won't even notice the taste once you swallow the capsule (providing you won't bite it). As for the results, it's too early to say since I've been taking them for about a day or so."

"Really good value. I was worried when i first opened the tub and smelled a strong fish smell, but you can't taste it and there's no after after taste or smell. Easy to swallow, and no problems!"

Bought the 1000 capsule option for a great value way of getting your daily epa/dha in. Super cheap product and very beneficial try and get 1.5g-3g of epa/dha combined a day and this is certainly a great cheap and easy way of doing it.

If like me you struggle to find grass finished organic meat then these are great to balance your omega 3:6 ratio. Good service as usual from MP.
