Standards slipping
I have come to expect top quality products from MP and always used to recommend them -their fish oil was really great value and great quality. But this last order was absolutely terrible - my family I usually share these with wouldn't go near them cause they stink and are all stuck together. This is not normal - I got a generic email from MP telling me that its normal and I should live with it rather than replacing them for me.

UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS
I wasn't taking this for the highstreet reasoning that most people take Omega 3 for. I am still young and during my teenage growth stage I grew from about 5 11 to over 6 4 in have a year so my joints were pretty beaten up despite the fact a was pushing my body most days in the gym or on the rugby pitch. More recently I have found that there was been increasing stiffness in the joints that have led to some discomforting sounds from deep within the joints. For example, when I would put my arm at 90 degrees in a outstetched supinated position and extended the arm it would make a crushing sound. Then a study done by the University of Havard, said that increased amounts of fish oils can lead to joint lubication. So I decided to start taking it daily and no word of a lie. In only 3 days all clicks, crushing and other sounds are completely gone. Its amazing. Would recommend to anyone

Self-defeating
Used to buy this for ages but at some point I noticed the ingredients list started including "refined soybean oil" - this is very high in omega6, and it's unclear what % of the oil inside is actually soybean versus fish oil. This is completely self-defeating as I am taking them for health /wellness reasons and to keep my omega3:omega6 ratio in balance but considering this also contains omega6 (and not even specified how much) it makes the supplement pretty much redundant

This product is the cheapest in the market with the same EPA and DHA content as others. Useful to take 1-3 a day. It is easier to swallow than other capsules of the same size. It comes in a transparent bottle so place it in a cupboard to avoid oxidation. The fish burps can be avoided by taking after a meal. Goes Well With:Water after a meal

Very easy to digest, no problems swallowing. The capsules do not stick together unlike other makes I have tried.Goes Well With:Water or other cool liquids.

It's okay but...
Bought 250 pieces of softgel 3 months ago, and It was really good because I didn't taste any fish kinda flavour. Even didn't smell in the plastic holder. I hate fish to be honest. Unfortunately I don't know how but one of them, or more punctured in the bottom of the plastic, stuck there and caused huge fish smell and flavour. When I took one I smelled fish on my fingers and ehhw I hated it! I decided to drop them out to the trash..Next time I would rather buy 90 softgels to prevent these kinda situations

Brilliant essential supplement for a great price! The capsules are quite large but you get used to them! They're smooth & you can hardly taste it at all! They do smell slightly but what can you expect with Omega 3 eh! Delivery was super fast as usual - cant fault MyProtein!

Fab fish tabs
These tablets I have been taking for a while, although a large tablet they are easy to take. They don’t smell in the container and they don’t leave any after taste. Never have I once had fish breath or tasted one. I never feel any different for taking vitamins, but knowing that I am doing what I can to look after my body is reassuring. Great price too! Goes Well With:Vit d3 tablets and multivitamin
