5I don't know what to say. Omega 3 is a fish oil, it does what a fish oil has to do, but for a reasonable price.

Does what it says on the fish
5I do not have a lot to say other than Omega 3 is fish oil with a perfect EPA/DHA ratio, cheap per serving and is easy to swallow. It's essential for anyone interested in performance and general health.Goes Well With:The typical too-high-in-omega 6 western diet.

5I find the Omega 3 brilliant at the moment, cutting down on keto so milk and cheese is out the window, these mixed with calcium has made my joints feel like they can work again with out needed to go to the dairy.

Joint Health
5I have always suffered from tendonitis of the elbow or 'tennis-elbow', and this Omega 3 has helped it somewhat. I do not get it as much as I used to do, so I would recommend if you need some joint care.

4I added these Omega 3 softgels to my supplement stack along with a healthy diet, and I feel they help my recovery, which also leads to quicker lean gains. I've been receiving good comments from people, and I think these softgels have a part to play in that! They are easy to swallow and there's no need to mix it with anything. 5This Omega 3 is a must have product. Compared not having this to when I have it every day I can distinctly notice a relationship between this product and joint comfort (difficult to pin point on 'fluidity/smoothness/clicking etc. so joint comfort is a good all encompassing term to use for the effect of this product). I train and compete as a power lifter, so it really helps with recovery between sessions and helping my joints stand up to repeated high load and volume of weight. Thanks for a reliable and effective product.

Great value for money
5Although a bit tough to swallow to begin with, this is quickly overcome by the fact that these Omega 3 capsules have no taste, are very affordable and mixes well with other supplements, i.e. creatine. It's a bit hard to actually rate the effectiveness, however there's no negative impact at all. Strongly recommended!Goes Well With:Creatine
