Great for those who need that extra dose
5Easy way of hitting your required daily fish oil needs. I've noticed improvements in my joints and even some reduction in tendinitis after 3-6 months of supplementing these alongside my training.

5Capsule is good and so far doesn’t stick to others in the pot. If taken around meal time there is no after taste either. Good for the price.

What’s not to like
4Nothing really to say, fair prices supplement that has no taste, they’re easy enough to swallow for me. Not really sure on the effectiveness but I hardly eat fish so I’m sure they’re helpingGoes Well With:Water
