4Use daily but i cant say if I feel any benefits or not. Slightly fishy after taste but thats to be expected i suppose. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil, glucosamine, water

Great for those who need that extra dose

5Capsule is good and so far doesn’t stick to others in the pot. If taken around meal time there is no after taste either. Good for the price.
