5BCAA Plus offers the best quality / price ratio in the BCAA tablets and they are easy to swallow. This is the best product if you are unable to consume the BCCA powders, which have a special taste.Goes Well With:Whey, L glutamine, Waxy Maize

Not hard to swallow
4BCAA Plus is easy to use, swallowed one at a time. They're not the smallest tablet but are easy to get down with a little bit of water. The taste isn't an issue as they go straight down. I might try the powder form next time but these are worth buying if you feel BCAA supplements are necessary. I will buy them again.

Great Product
5BCAA Plus gives you a great boost before and during workouts. The pills are quite large though.

4The BCAA Plus tablets are a bit big and you need to take 3-5 per serving, so that's a bit of a disadvantage. Other than that, it's a good product Goes Well With:whey protein

BCAA Plus
5BCAA Plus works very well, find I have more energy in the mornings for the gym and it works very effectively with the diet I am on at the moment; the intermittent fasting diet. Ensures I am burning fat in the mornings and not my muscle. Very happy.

Just chew them!
5You'll be lucky too swallow these without choking! I just chew them up and neck a drink. Taste obviously is great, but doesnt make me gag or anything. Prefer doing this to the taste of the MP BCAA powder (berry blast is it? - definitely an acquired tast). Helped with DOMS, can't tell how much it is (or isn't) contributing to muscle growth, as I've leaned up quite a bit recently so have multiple factors to consider. Goes Well With:Chew, and then with any cold drink.

4I have only just started taking these BCAA Plus before, during and after my workouts and will say I don't have any after soreness. What I don't like about them is they are very hard to swallow and seem to stick on the back of my throat, even with fluid, as they don't have a coating which allows them to slip down more easily. Goes Well With:No-X and Cellmass

BCAA Plus
5BCAA Plus contains high dosages of the 3 main amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in each tablet. The tablets aren't too big, so swallowing them is easier compared to other brands. These are great value for money and very effective for recovery!

BCAA Plus
5I've previously used BCAA powder with water/juice however, taking in tablet form is much easier. I've read recently the suggestion to take BCAA tabs during training, I take 4-6 during my session to promote protein synthesis which I feel gets me through the harder sessions.

Effective, but huge
5BCAA Plus is an effective supplement. This really helps with recovery process. My only gripe is that they are huge tabs. I might try powder BCAAs in the future.Goes Well With:Whey protein
